Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Fight Location (“we”, “us”) runs this website to help fight-sports fans find fight cards, training partners, and each other. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your username and password. Email is optional — if you don't provide one, we don't have any way to contact you or help you recover your account.
- Content you post: event listings, training partner listings, comments, messages you send to other users, and your profile information.
- Usage information: basic technical data (like timestamps) that's created automatically as you use the site.
How we use your information
- To operate the site: creating your account, showing your posts and RSVPs, and delivering messages between users.
- To keep the community safe: enforcing our Terms of Service, moderating content, and responding to reports.
- To contact you, only if you provided an email, about your account (such as password resets) or important site updates.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
What other users can see
Your username, profile, and anything you post publicly (events, training listings, comments) are visible to other visitors of the site. Direct messages are only visible to you and the person you're messaging. Your password and email address (if provided) are never shown to other users.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored with Supabase, a third-party database provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices
- You can edit or remove content you've posted at any time.
- You can contact us to request that your account and associated data be deleted.
- Providing an email is always optional, but doing so lets you reset your password if you forget it.
